Description

  • Build and maintain outbound infrastructure, including lead sourcing, enrichment pipelines, scoring models, and sequencing workflows at scale.
  • Own the GTM tech stack end to end, including CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and the integrations between systems.
  • Deploy AI agents for prospect research, personalized outreach generation, and automated follow-up workflows.
  • Instrument the top-of-funnel and optimize performance for meetings booked, pipeline created, and related conversion metrics.
  • Build integrations and automations using APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make, and other tools to keep data clean and systems in sync.
  • Evaluate, adopt, and operationalize new AI and GTM tooling quickly.
  • Support the Sales team with the tooling and data needed to close deals.

Requirements

  • Experience in GTM engineering, growth engineering, or RevOps with a strong technical focus.
  • Hands-on experience building outbound systems from scratch, including enrichment pipelines, multi-step sequences, and lead scoring.
  • Deep experience with the modern GTM stack, including Clay, Apollo, HubSpot or Salesforce, Outreach or Instantly, Zapier or Make, webhooks, and REST APIs.
  • Ability to think in funnels and track metrics such as pipeline influenced, reply rates, meeting conversion, and cost per opportunity.
  • Ability to ship quickly, keep systems simple, and operate independently.
  • Experience with AI, voice, or developer-tools products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with contact center, CX, or telephony buyer personas is preferred.
  • Background at a B2C company with a B2B or API sales motion is preferred.
  • Portfolio and LinkedIn links are requested when applying.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $105,000–$140,000 in the United States.
  • On-target earnings of $150,000–$200,000.
