Description

  • Manage the full project plan for the new website build, including scope, milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, and target dates.
  • Establish and run a weekly status reporting cadence for the website project team.
  • Coordinate URL mapping, redirect strategy, and content and SEO migration with the SEO and Web teams.
  • Verify GA4 event tracking, UTM continuity, and preserved marketing attribution through HubSpot in collaboration with the HubSpot manager and other teams.
  • Build and execute the launch-day runbook and manage review cycles at key project milestones.
  • Own the marketing team operating system, including weekly status meetings, sprint planning, roadmap maintenance, and workflow management.
  • Maintain the master marketing roadmap across active workstreams such as the website rebuild, content planning, office page refreshes, AEO answer packs, CTV expansion, partnerships, flagship show production, and Clarity Products.
  • Support the marketing project management platform in Asana and facilitate quarterly retrospectives to improve team performance.
  • Own marketing operations infrastructure, including auditing data integrity issues and resolving UTM tagging inconsistencies across channels.
  • Maintain process documentation, brand quality assurance standards, and playbooks for new market openings and launches.
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing and Sales/Intake to ensure lead handoffs, shared definitions, and feedback loops stay aligned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or managing document automation, document assembly, or document generation solutions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or system-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, conditional logic, and process optimization.
  • Experience working with structured data sources and business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with employees, managers, leadership, attorneys, support staff, and external partners.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, organization, and follow-through.
  • Flexibility to respond positively to shifting priorities and business needs.
  • Ability to work in a primarily computer-based environment and occasionally lift or move materials up to 10 pounds.

  • Base salary of $110,000 to $120,000, depending on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
