Description

  • Partner with engineering leaders to translate developer productivity and AI strategy into executable programs.
  • Define and drive the operating model for AI-native developer productivity, including guardrails, adoption, measurement, and escalation paths.
  • Create alignment across infrastructure, developer experience, reliability, security, compliance, product engineering, machine learning, and executive stakeholders.
  • Lead company-wide change management to build trust and drive durable adoption of AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Develop communication and enablement plans including leadership forums, working groups, training, documentation, and rollout plans.
  • Build measurement systems that distinguish real productivity gains from vanity metrics.
  • Drive AI governance and adoption while balancing security, privacy, compliance, cost, and operational safety.
  • Use technical judgment to assess tradeoffs and identify systemic risks across AI tooling, CI/CD, code review, deployment, and reliability.
  • Own and drive programs across agent infrastructure, AI-assisted code review, developer environments, LLM governance, developer tooling, workflow measurement, and delivery automation.

Requirements

  • 14+ years of experience across technical program management, engineering, infrastructure, developer tools, platform engineering, AI tooling, or related technical domains.
  • Experience leading multi-year, multi-organization technical programs with executive visibility and ambiguous ownership.
  • Deep fluency in developer productivity systems such as CI/CD, code review, testing, deployment, observability, internal platforms, or AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Understanding of AI and LLM-enabled software development, including agent workflows, governance, evals, telemetry, code quality, review burden, cost controls, and operational risk.
  • Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to build meaningful productivity measurement systems.
  • Exceptional cross-functional communication and influence skills.
  • Experience leading organizational change and broad adoption across engineering teams.
  • Pragmatic, iterative approach to introducing structure without over-constraining teams.
  • Preferred: Experience leading developer productivity, platform engineering, infrastructure modernization, or AI tooling programs at large scale.
  • Preferred: Experience with LLM platforms, AI-assisted development tools, agentic workflows, or AI governance in an enterprise engineering environment.
  • Preferred: Experience building adoption strategies for internal platforms or developer tools where trust, usability, and measurable value matter.
  • Preferred: Experience with cultural transformation or change management across engineering organizations.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with productivity frameworks such as DORA, SPACE, or similar multi-dimensional measurement approaches.
  • Preferred: Experience in fast-moving environments where technical strategy, organizational design, and execution mechanisms are evolving simultaneously.
