Description

  • Maintain the applicant tracking system, including publishing job postings.
  • Source and recruit legal talent for current and future firm locations.
  • Post and source for corporate talent as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for job seekers and ensure a professional candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates to represent the firm well.
  • Review applications, resumes, cover letters, and writing samples to evaluate qualifications.
  • Conduct Zoom interviews, document observations, and identify candidates for further consideration.
  • Schedule and facilitate interviews between hiring managers and candidates while supporting compliance with inclusivity standards and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture on compensation, benefits, and offer packages.
  • Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents and support new hire onboarding tasks.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of direct legal recruiting experience is required.
  • Direct legal sourcing and recruitment experience for a law firm or legal recruiting agency is required.
  • This role is remote, but candidates must reside in Texas or Colorado.
  • Reliable remote work setup with high-speed internet and a functional workstation is required.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, including familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Zoom.
  • Ability to work evenings or weekends as necessary.
  • College degree is preferred.
