Description

  • Manage the hiring process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, success profiles, and timelines.
  • Create and optimize job descriptions to improve candidate attraction across multiple platforms.
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean search, and niche job boards.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of active and passive candidates across multiple open roles.
  • Conduct structured phone and video interviews and evaluate candidates on experience, communication, technical skills, cultural alignment, and career goals.
  • Use competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques and administer assessments when required.
  • Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process to ensure timely updates and professional follow-up.
  • Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and facilitate hiring feedback and debriefs.
  • Prepare and present offers, support compensation discussions and negotiations, and coordinate onboarding logistics.
  • Maintain accurate ATS records, interview notes, and recruiting documentation.
  • Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and hiring performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or headhunting.
  • Experience managing full-cycle recruiting.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
  • Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
  • Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
  • Agency recruiting or staffing experience is preferred.
  • High-volume recruiting experience is preferred.
  • Experience hiring for SaaS, finance, professional services, property management, or operations is preferred.
  • Knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment practices is preferred.
  • Experience scaling recruiting operations and talent pipelines is preferred.
