Description

  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Craft job postings and advertisements that attract qualified technical talent.
  • Engage passive candidates and build ongoing relationships with potential hires.
  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial phone screens to assess qualifications, technical fit, and career goals.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Maintain and update a candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client-side stakeholders to understand staffing needs and hiring expectations.
  • Provide market insights on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and selection feedback.
  • Support offer extension, negotiation, and explanation of benefits to selected candidates.
  • Coordinate onboarding with HR and IT to ensure new hires are set up for success.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System and generate hiring reports and metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience for technical roles, especially in software development, data engineering, DevOps, or business consulting.
  • Familiarity with technical methodologies and industry-specific terminology.
  • Experience with interview techniques and assessment methods for technical candidates.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Certifications in HR or recruitment fields are a plus.
