Description

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle from pipeline generation and qualification through negotiation and close for strategic financial services accounts.
  • Build, cultivate, and manage a high-quality pipeline of commercial opportunities in the U.S. financial services market.
  • Engage senior stakeholders, including VP- and C-level executives, to identify business challenges, regulatory needs, and transformation goals.
  • Position the enterprise distributed ledger platform and asset tokenization software as critical infrastructure for institutional and enterprise use cases.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and solutions teams to develop technical proposals and resolve client requirements.
  • Drive predictable revenue growth and expand market share in an emerging technology category.
  • Contribute market feedback to help define, test, and refine the go-to-market motion as the commercial team scales.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise software or strategic platform deals.
  • Demonstrated use of structured sales frameworks such as MEDDICC or MEDPICC.
  • Ability to actively drive deal progression and maintain control of the sales process.
  • Strong ownership of top-of-funnel pipeline creation, qualification metrics, and execution.
  • Extensive experience selling complex technical products, enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, or emerging operational technology.
  • Deep experience selling into financial services, capital markets, enterprise technology ecosystems, or highly regulated environments.
  • Comfort working with technical buyers, enterprise architects, and cross-functional technical teams.
  • Prior experience with web3, blockchain, or distributed systems is highly valuable but not required.
  • Candidates must currently be based in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
