Description

  • Lead end-to-end enterprise sales cycles from discovery and account planning through technical validation, commercial negotiation, contract execution, and delivery transition.
  • Drive net-new revenue across the APAC region and consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets in the financial services sector.
  • Build trusted-advisor relationships with C-suite, technology, innovation, and risk leaders at large enterprises and regulated financial institutions.
  • Partner with Product and Solutions Engineering teams to align platform capabilities with client needs and manage enterprise procurement processes.
  • Maintain a strong, well-qualified sales pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts using data-driven methods.
  • Track distributed ledger technology trends, competitor activity, and APAC regulatory and compliance developments to support client engagements.
  • Represent the company in APAC industry associations, forums, and professional organizations to build brand presence and uncover market opportunities.
  • Manage a regional network of Value-Added Resellers and Professional Services Partners to support market entry, localization, and co-selling opportunities.
  • Guide pilots and Proofs of Concept through institutional InfoSec, risk, and validation processes to convert engagements into production deployments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of success in enterprise technology sales, such as enterprise SaaS, cloud infrastructure, fintech platforms, or distributed systems.
  • Direct, verifiable experience selling blockchain or distributed ledger technology solutions to enterprise clients is mandatory.
  • Deep experience selling technology platforms into major financial institutions and regulated markets is mandatory.
  • Proven ability to build credible relationships with executive decision-makers, including CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and Chief Risk Officers.
  • Experience leading multi-quarter, multi-stakeholder procurement processes and managing pipeline discipline with forecast variance under 15%.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
  • Strong technical acumen in private networks, interoperability solutions, asset tokenization structures, and DLT architecture.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, with approximately 50% regional travel required.
  • Experience working across APAC markets and understanding regional compliance and regulatory environments is preferred.
