Description

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through commercial negotiation, closing, and post-sale implementation planning.
  • Generate and manage pipeline by leveraging an existing network within the US fintech and payments ecosystem.
  • Lead technical discovery conversations on payment rails, integration models, compliance frameworks, and treasury operations.
  • Collaborate with internal architects, compliance, and product teams to create client-specific proposals that are technically and regulatorily sound.
  • Structure pricing, contracts, and partnership terms that align with client needs and business objectives.
  • Develop proposals and pitch materials tailored to engineering leaders, CFOs, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams after the sale to support implementation and client go-live.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and client meetings to build visibility and reputation within the ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in payments, fintech, or banking infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of consistently hitting and exceeding quotas on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Strong hunter mentality with proactive ownership of pipeline generation and new business development.
  • Established active US-based network in fintech, PSPs, and payments infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of global payment rails such as SWIFT, SEPA, ACH, FPS, and RTP.
  • Experience with API-driven integrations and compliance frameworks including AML and KYC.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving builder environments.
  • Exceptional executive presence with the ability to speak credibly in detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience with stablecoins, embedded finance, or global settlement networks is highly preferred.
