Description

  • Design, build, and execute the outbound revenue engine from the ground up with long-term hands-on ownership.
  • Build and operate AI-native, agentic workflows that scale pipeline generation efficiently.
  • Run Clay-powered enrichment and AI-driven outreach across email and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and refine signal-based trigger workflows using market data such as funding rounds, competitor job postings, incubator launches, and executive hiring trends.
  • Define and continuously optimize the Ideal Customer Profile across target segments including Series A/B fintechs, embedded finance platforms, and regional banking institutions.
  • Partner with the Chief Business Officer on outbound messaging, product positioning, and launch campaigns.
  • Own end-to-end outbound pipeline reporting and performance tracking, including outreach volume, reply rates, meeting conversion, and revenue pipeline.
  • Test hypotheses, audit funnel performance, and optimize workflows based on data analysis.
  • Support a senior individual contributor model with direct execution ownership rather than people management.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B go-to-market, revenue operations, or growth functions.
  • Proven track record of building outbound programs from scratch in high-growth technology environments.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Clay, including multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and trigger-based workflows.
  • Deep technical fluency with Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Strong AI-first orientation with experience using AI to write, enrich, personalize, and optimize outreach.
  • Professional background in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of relevant buyer personas and the competitive landscape.
  • Exceptional written communication skills and ability to draft high-conversion outbound copy that avoids spam filters.
  • Strong analytical and workflow-driven mindset focused on testing and optimization.
  • Motivation to thrive as a senior individual contributor rather than moving into people management.
