Description

  • Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and support high-quality delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Perform manual, automation, and exploratory testing for defect fixes and new functionality.
  • Review automated test code and participate in peer testing of developer pull requests.
  • Reproduce, troubleshoot, and document issues reported by clients or found in production.
  • Convert client concerns and product requirements into test cases and test plans.
  • Prepare and execute release, patch, and hotfix test plans.
  • Lead and promote an automation-first approach within scrum teams.
  • Work with Product Owners and Scrum teams to deliver automated scripts within agreed timelines.
  • Provide technical mentorship and support across team boundaries.
  • Own automation for patch and fix testing and coordinate with Maintenance QA and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in manual and automation testing using Selenium with C# or Java.
  • Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as NUnit.
  • Familiarity with ADO (Azure DevOps).
  • Experience with source control and build tools such as Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Git.
  • Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail and defect tracking tools such as Jira.
  • Proficiency in authoring, reviewing, writing, and executing manual and automated test cases.
  • Good knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Exposure to continuous integration and continuous deployment practices using Jenkins.
  • Experience working as maintenance QA with clients, support, services, product, and maintenance teams.
  • Graduate degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Agile, Scrum, TDD, and BDD experience.
  • Preferred: Proficiency in C#, Selenium WebDriver, NUnit, and .NET-based test automation frameworks.
  • Preferred: Experience with REST APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JMeter, and web services.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, and CI/CD integration.
  • Preferred: Experience with API tools such as Postman and SoapUI.
  • Preferred: Exposure to performance testing tools such as JMeter.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with AI-based testing tools and approaches.
  • Preferred: Experience leading QA efforts in teams of 5–6 engineers.
