Description

  • Plan and execute product launches and go-to-market programs with product, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, battlecards, and talk tracks.
  • Collect customer, market, and competitive insights to improve messaging, positioning, and campaigns.
  • Partner on campaigns, webinars, events, and digital programs using ICP insights and performance data.
  • Develop expertise in legal technology buyers, their challenges, and Mitratech’s solutions.
  • Track program results, pipeline, and customer engagement to optimize marketing impact.
  • Lead and draft messaging for product releases, campaigns, events, emails, and promotional content.
  • Identify market opportunities and trends to support positioning and customer education.
  • Coordinate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success to align go-to-market activities with business goals.
  • Manage multiple projects, lead stakeholder meetings, and turn ambiguous requests into actionable plans.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B software.
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with senior leaders at Fortune 100 companies.
  • Legal technology, legal, or corporate legal experience is preferred.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong writing skills, including translating customer pain points and technical product information into clear marketing content.
  • Ability to work independently, move quickly, and make progress in ambiguous situations.
  • Experience using tools such as Asana, Salesforce, AI tools, HubSpot, or Gong.
  • Ability to lead meetings and drive stakeholders toward clear outcomes.
  • Customer-focused mindset with curiosity about buyer needs, impacts, and priorities.
