Description

  • Own partner relationships, growth, and retention quotas within the assigned territory.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Mitratech leadership and executives at partner accounts.
  • Develop net new revenue through existing partnerships using co-sell and multi-solution strategies.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans that support partnership growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build additional revenue acceleration paths within and outside existing pricing and packaging protocols.
  • Collect data and perform financial analysis to demonstrate ROI for stakeholders.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and present partnership and revenue growth objectives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with marketing, revenue, legal, finance, product, and engineering teams.
  • Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to improve partner retention and expansion.
  • Report on partnership performance, pipeline, and growth opportunities for the Partner Growth Team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise partner account management or channel sales.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in quota-carrying roles selling into large enterprise organizations.
  • Experience in HR Tech, HCM, payroll, benefits, PEO, or insurance-broker ecosystems is highly desirable.
  • Experience selling or supporting multi-solution offerings such as payroll, benefits, compliance, or HCM platforms.
  • Ability to deliver executive presentations that include financial outcomes.
  • Strong oral and written executive-level communication skills with stakeholders such as CFOs, partners, and sales leaders.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Gainsight, MS Suite, and Confluence is desired.
  • Project management experience or qualifications are desired.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with heavier travel in Q1 and Q3 for conferences, client meetings, and team events.
