Description

  • Define and lead the strategic alliances vision and roadmap for the partnerships function.
  • Develop and scale go-to-market partnership models, including co-sell and embedded use cases.
  • Build and maintain senior executive relationships with strategic partners and advisory firms.
  • Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from strategy through execution and optimization.
  • Lead the creation of multi-year partnership agreements across commercial, technical, and legal stakeholders.
  • Work with enablement teams to equip partners to represent AlphaSense accurately and effectively.
  • Drive internal alignment so partnerships are embedded in sales motions and product planning.
  • Define and track success metrics to monitor partner health, impact, and relationship performance.
  • Align cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal around shared partnership objectives.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years of experience in strategic alliances or business development within high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated track record of building trusted, scalable partnerships with professional services organizations.
  • Experience defining partnership strategy and driving execution to create repeatable growth.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build peer-level relationships with C-suite leaders.
  • Ability to lead through influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfort sharing accountability for partnership performance and mutual business outcomes.
  • Experience structuring sophisticated, multi-year partnership agreements.
  • Experience working across commercial, technical, and legal functions to close partnerships.
  • Experience with executive-level relationship management across regions (preferred).

  • Base salary range of $200,000 to $230,000 USD.
