Description

  • Own and manage enterprise client relationships across an assigned portfolio.
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc legal spend analytics and translate findings into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive client adoption and engagement through onboarding, training, and ongoing analytics support.
  • Maintain regular contact with key decision-makers and lead stewardship and QBR meetings as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with the MBR team on client requests, attend status meetings, and escalate service issues when needed.
  • Identify client needs and objectives and work cross-functionally to develop solutions and resolve issues.
  • Document, track, and monitor client objectives and progress.
  • Oversee timely approval of project deliverables while maintaining alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Recommend improvements to customer lifecycle processes and internal workflows.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams on prioritization and testing inputs.
  • Execute corrective action plans for at-risk clients and track outcomes through resolution.
  • Stay current on MBR products, services, and industry trends.
  • Travel to client sites as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Suite.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables; macros preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities across 20–30 enterprise clients.
  • Proven ability to build and manage senior-level client relationships.
  • Experience operating in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex analytical concepts for executive audiences.
  • Experience working with client data, reporting, or analytics tools such as SQL or BI tools preferred.
  • Analytical, process-oriented mindset with attention to detail and business impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Enterprise Software or Consulting.
  • Preferred experience in legal, insurance, claims, or risk-related industries.
  • Must reside in the US; applications from outside the US will not be reviewed.
