Description

  • Break into new logos within Miro’s largest customer segment.
  • Build account action plans and define expansion strategies.
  • Drive account revenue growth by aligning multiple stakeholder interests.
  • Reach out to new trials and users to expand use cases and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Sales Engineering, Marketing, and other cross-functional teammates.
  • Lead discovery conversations and identify new use cases for Miro.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to support future growth strategy.
  • Engage prospects, users, and decision makers through email, phone, and social media.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas for pipeline and closed business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of closing experience with a tech or SaaS company in LATAM and Mexico.
  • 1+ years of closing enterprise-level deals, with bonus points for 7-figure deals.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and working proficiency in English.
  • Strong prospecting, territory planning, and team-selling experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with potential clients.
  • Comfort working through ambiguity and collaborating with a growing team.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn, grow, and give and receive feedback.
