Description

  • Own the strategy and end-to-end sales process across a portfolio of strategic global accounts.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles while partnering with SDRs and Account Managers on long-term account plans.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across strategy, research, competitive intelligence, business development, M&A, and client delivery functions.
  • Develop deep expertise in customer use cases, firm-wide workflows, market dynamics, competitive landscape, and AlphaSense’s value proposition.
  • Prospect proactively, initiate senior-level conversations, run demos, manage pilots, and close complex multi-year agreements.
  • Partner with SDRs to design and execute targeted account-based prospecting strategies.
  • Forecast accurately and build sufficient pipeline to meet or exceed quota expectations.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to support customer health, value realization, and expansion opportunities.
  • Own defined elements of the account plan and coordinate internal resources across complex organizations.

Requirements

  • Experience owning complex new business motions within large, global organizations.
  • Strong track record in enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Ability to set customer vision and build thoughtful account strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and aligning internal stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical/practitioner and executive audiences.
  • Tenacity, resilience, and a strong sense of ownership over results.
  • Ability to proactively drive pipeline with support from SDR, Marketing, and Account Management.
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to uncover underlying business challenges.
  • Coachable, growth-oriented mindset with commitment to continuous improvement.
