Description

  • Build, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline at roughly 2x quota.
  • Generate about 30% of pipeline through outbound outreach using LinkedIn, calls, and emails.
  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery and product demos through negotiation and close.
  • Lead in-depth discovery calls and live product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Negotiate Bloomerang’s software and services with prospective customers.
  • Maintain forecast reporting with about 10% accuracy in Salesforce.
  • Develop credibility in the nonprofit sector and serve as a trusted advisor to prospects.
  • Become deeply knowledgeable about Bloomerang’s tools and services to support the sales process.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying SaaS sales role.
  • History of achieving at least 95% of annual quota and 90% of monthly targets.
  • Ability to self-source about 30% of total deals through proactive outreach.
  • Experience maintaining accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records.
  • Strong understanding of the company’s solutions and ability to communicate value clearly.
  • Desire to continuously learn and improve through feedback and self-reflection.
  • Interest in advancing a career in technology sales (preferred).
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations (preferred).
  • Must be located in the U.S. or select Canadian provinces for this fully remote role.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available.
