Description

  • Serve as the primary Account Executive for Bloomerang’s National Account Program and manage assigned accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota goals based on closed-won revenue and network penetration depth.
  • Conduct discovery calls, deliver live product demonstrations, and negotiate Bloomerang software and service offerings.
  • Build, qualify, and manage a sales pipeline at roughly twice quota by saturating assigned affiliate networks.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound efforts such as webinars, Q&A office hours, conference calls, and targeted outreach.
  • Work with national offices to launch initiatives that move struggling chapters or cohorts onto Bloomerang.
  • Use creative one-to-many sales strategies to penetrate local affiliates and chapters.
  • Manage the sales process from initial engagement through close with strong communication and presentation skills.

Requirements

  • Understanding of nonprofit structures, specifically federated organizations.
  • Strong empathy, relationship-building, and networking skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and creatively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, especially in value-based selling.
  • Experience with nonprofit SaaS sales.
  • Deep Bloomerang product knowledge across CRM, fundraising, and VMS is preferred.
  • Proven track record of success working with national account offices is preferred.
  • Permanent, full-time role that is fully remote.
  • No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is provided.
  • Compensation is incentive-based with a base salary and annual on-target earnings of $130,000.
