Description

  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to build a book of business with restaurant merchants.
  • Source leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling to generate interest and close deals.
  • Run prospecting, discovery calls, and demos to understand merchant needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to convert and close cold outbound leads.
  • Lead sales efforts for Square in the restaurant vertical and manage the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, including field visits when needed, to improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to align solutions with market needs.
  • Ensure successful onboarding by partnering with internal teams after deal close.
  • Use Salesforce to track, monitor, and report on pipeline activity and sales outcomes.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound activity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing sales role.
  • Experience in business development, including new logo sourcing and acquisition.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and close complex deals.
  • Experience selling a diverse ecosystem of products.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with prospects.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM experience.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
