Description

  • Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles in regulated industries such as FinServ, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Retail.
  • Build pipeline from scratch and identify strategic enterprise accounts in an early-stage environment.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
  • Translate complex AI and ML capabilities into clear business outcomes for C-suite stakeholders.
  • Position Unframe as a compelling alternative for companies evaluating whether to buy versus build AI capabilities.
  • Develop account expansion strategies and build long-term relationships across IT, product, and innovation teams.
  • Partner directly with the VP of Sales and founders to refine the enterprise strategy.
  • Influence the product roadmap through close collaboration with leadership.
  • Help shape the sales playbook and the company’s go-to-market motion.
  • Close large enterprise deals that define the company’s market position.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with consistent quota overachievement at Fortune 500 companies.
  • Proven track record of closing $1M+ ACV deals in early-stage environments.
  • Experience selling complex technical solutions to CIO organizations.
  • Background in AI/ML platforms, digital transformation, enterprise data platforms, or management consulting.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries with complex compliance requirements.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build from scratch.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in regulated industries and early-stage startup environments.
  • Location flexibility for Amsterdam, Brussels, or remote work.
