Description

  • Host 30-minute live, on-camera consultations to help customers personalize holiday stationery designs.
  • Use soft sales techniques to support revenue growth during customer consultations.
  • Upsell and cross-sell stationery and decor products based on customer needs.
  • Serve as a customer advocate and brand ambassador for Minted.
  • Answer questions about products, services, customization, and order placement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when additional support is needed.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
  • Use tools and training to respond to inquiries and support customer satisfaction.
  • Track and meet quality and productivity KPIs.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably with a premium brand.
  • Sales, concierge, or account management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and ability to follow through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortably work a flexible variable schedule, including evenings and at least one weekend day.
  • Technologically adept; eCommerce familiarity is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Able to represent the Minted brand professionally on screen with customers.

Benefits

  • Hourly pay of $22.23 for Geo 2 locations and $20.40 for Geo 3 locations.
  • Variable compensation model with room for salary growth during employment.
  • Seasonal contract role ending 12/31/2026.
  • Flexible/variable hours based on holiday demand.
