Description

  • Host virtual wedding consultations and help customers translate their wedding vision into stationery selections.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Minted products and services during customer consultations.
  • Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador throughout the customer journey.
  • Answer questions about products, services, customization, ordering, and designer access.
  • Liaise with other departments when customers need additional support or services.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM while following department policies.
  • Use internal support tools and the knowledge base to resolve inquiries and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and share feedback with leadership.
  • Support revenue growth using soft-sell techniques while keeping the customer comfortable and aligned with the Minted brand.
  • Track and meet Quality and Productivity KPIs for the role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience working with customers, preferably at a premium brand.
  • Sales, concierge, or account management experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong sales orientation and a genuine interest in supporting the customer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong organization, and follow-through.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus.
  • Technologically adept, with eCommerce familiarity preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible/variable schedule, including weekends; at least two weekend days may be required.
  • Ability to work in a calm, professional environment suitable for high-touch wedding consultations.
