Description

  • Generate new business across corporate families and achieve assigned quota for new-logo acquisition.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and present the value of Mindtickle’s Sales Enablement Cloud to C-level executives and other decision-makers.
  • Prospect, penetrate and qualify targeted accounts within a named territory, uncover customer needs, and develop tailored solution/value propositions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations via web technologies to showcase product capabilities and value.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close deals while overcoming objections to secure business.
  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners (e.g., Salesforce) to design solutions that address unique customer challenges.
  • Maintain and forecast sales activity and pipeline accuracy in salesforce.com to support revenue planning.
  • Uphold professional and ethical conduct, maintain confidentiality, and comply with company standards and policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • 7+ years of successful quota-carrying experience in the Technology/SaaS space.
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and produce accurate sales forecasts.
  • Experience selling to enterprise buyers, including presenting to C-level executives.
  • Strong business development, relationship-building, and communication skills (verbal, phone, written, electronic).
  • Demonstrated ability to overcome objections, negotiate, and close business.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and collaborating with partners like Salesforce (implied/desired).
  • Previous sales methodology training in consultative/solution selling (preferred).
  • Dynamic, positive and enthusiastic personality (preferred).
