Description

  • Penetrate targeted accounts within a named territory and qualify new buyers.
  • Uncover customer needs, develop value propositions, negotiate terms, and close business.
  • Manage complex sales cycles across Mindtickle’s portfolio of products.
  • Present the value of the revenue enablement suite to C-level executives.
  • Manage and forecast sales activity in Salesforce.
  • Generate new business within existing accounts and corporate families.
  • Collaborate with team members and partners such as Salesforce to solve customer challenges.
  • Conduct online demos and web-based product presentations.
  • Maintain professional, ethical conduct and comply with company standards and policies.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience, from prospecting through contract negotiation and close.
  • Experience with pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
  • Proven track record of over-achieving quota in previous roles.
  • President’s Club achievement is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong business development, relationship-building, and objection-handling skills.
  • Excellent verbal, phone, written, and electronic communication skills.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Previous training in consultative or solution selling methodology.
  • Strong technology and social networking skills, including experience with cloud-based solutions and Salesforce.
  • English fluency and comfort calling customers in North America.

Benefits

  • $200,000 - $230,000 annual on-target earnings.
