Description

  • Design original optics problems that simulate real physics research workflows.
  • Develop computationally intensive problems that cannot be solved manually within reasonable timeframes.
  • Create problems requiring multi-step reasoning across mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and quantum mechanics.
  • Base problem sets on real research challenges or practical applications in optics and physics.
  • Document problem statements clearly and provide verified correct answers.
  • Contribute on a project-based, part-time basis during active project phases.
  • Complete assigned tasks within an estimated 10–20 hours per week when projects are active.

Requirements

  • Please submit your CV in English and indicate your level of English proficiency.
  • Degree in Physics (Theoretical, Experimental, or Computational) or a related field.
  • 2+ years of professional experience; applied, research, or teaching experience is applicable.
  • Experience with numerical simulation methods.
  • Ability to design problems that mirror real physics research workflows.
  • Creative thinking in problem design across diverse physics areas.
  • Familiarity with physics modeling and approximation techniques.
  • Strong written English proficiency at C1+ level.
  • Open to part-time, non-permanent project work.
