Description

  • Build and deepen relationships with AI/ML users to drive adoption, uncover new use cases, and expand usage across customer accounts.
  • Conduct customer discovery to understand goals, present the Arize vision, demonstrate product capabilities, and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including Customer Success Engineering, to solve complex customer needs and support smooth implementation.
  • Run customer workshops and training sessions during onboarding and when new functionality is released.
  • Lead QBRs to show account value, identify opportunities, and strengthen customer partnerships.
  • Monitor product usage across accounts to assess account health and engagement.
  • Work with Account Management and Executive teams to identify upsell opportunities and align customer health strategies.
  • Relay customer feature requests to internal teams and advocate for customer needs.
  • Ensure support teams are aligned with customer requests and priorities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager in SaaS.
  • Ability to thrive in limited-process environments as a self-starter.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills to share observations and collaborate across teams.
  • Proven ability to demo technical products and translate value into tailored customer solutions.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, customer-first environments focused on measurable results.
  • A collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.
  • Based in London, with the role focused on customers in the EMEA region.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML workflows or GenAI technologies is a bonus.
