Description

  • Own the lifecycle of AWS cloud infrastructure, ensuring it is secure, cost-effective, and high-performing.
  • Work closely with developers and leadership to integrate DevOps best practices into daily workflows.
  • Automate infrastructure and deployments using Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in root cause analysis to improve reliability and team learning.
  • Contribute to observability efforts to monitor and troubleshoot systems effectively.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align technical work with project needs.
  • Guide and support others through technical knowledge sharing and teamwork.
  • Travel nationally or internationally as needed for project, client, or organizational requirements.

Requirements

  • Solid experience with AWS, including networking, accounts, and infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Helm charts.
  • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, GitLab, or Jenkins.
  • Familiarity with observability tools such as Grafana, Kibana, DataDog, or CloudWatch.
  • Comfortable working on Unix systems and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with minimal supervision in a self-organized environment.
  • Comfortable writing scripts in Bash, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Willingness to travel 0%–15% depending on project and organizational needs.
