Description

  • Develop and execute account strategies to win net-new hotel groups and expand existing accounts.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline health.
  • Close high-impact deals with an average sales cycle of about 6 months.
  • Drive outbound prospecting and targeted account activity to generate pipeline.
  • Run multiple prospect meetings, demos, and product deep-dives to position Mews as the best solution.
  • Build and maintain multi-threaded stakeholder relationships across GMs, IT, Finance, Operations, and C-suite buyers.
  • Partner with Customer Success to identify expansion opportunities, improve NRR, and convert pilots into multi-property rollouts.
  • Conduct win/loss analysis, deal reviews, and segmentation to improve performance.
  • Represent Mews at industry events to support pipeline generation and thought leadership.
  • Analyze performance data, refine sales plays, and share insights with GTM peers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including ownership of land-and-expand motions.
  • Proven success closing multiple 5k+ MRR contracts per quarter, or equivalent ARR, in a scale-up SaaS environment.
  • Deep hospitality SaaS knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience navigating 4–8 stakeholders per deal and closing complex multi-property contracts.
  • Strong pipeline analytics capabilities, including forecasting, conversion funnels, segmentation, and data-driven storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, high-pressure environment with changing priorities.
  • Comfort with 70% outbound hunting and building effective prospecting cadences.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience with high-autonomy, ambiguous environments where process gaps must be solved proactively.
  • The role is based in New York and targets the Mid-Market segment.

  • US salary range of $125,000–$151,000 USD.
  • Commissions in addition to base salary, based on employee performance.
