Description

  • Guide customers through the KYC customer portal so they can complete checks on time.
  • Advise customers on the documents required for the KYC process and how to upload them.
  • Ensure customers understand the requirements and reasons behind specific document requests.
  • Proactively contact clients to improve the KYC experience and prevent issues before they arise.
  • Educate customers on the benefits of Mews Payments to support product adoption.
  • Act as the first line of support for minor portal issues and escalate cases to internal CRM teams when needed.
  • Manage KYC projects to ensure completion by the go-live due date.
  • Track and log updates, tasks, and activities in the CRM or other relevant tools.
  • Identify process improvements that enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Spain or Germany.
  • Fluency in English and German is required.
  • Fluency in Spanish is a bonus.
  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • Experience in banking and/or KYC is a plus.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and as part of a team.
  • Outgoing, social, and comfortable communicating with colleagues, clients, and partners across countries and organizational levels.
  • Ability to take feedback, learn quickly, and adapt to new situations and processes.
  • Ability to work to deadlines, multitask, and prioritize and reprioritize workload as needed.
  • Organized, diligent, and able to apply critical thinking.
  • Experience using Salesforce and/or Gainsight is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort with complex customer conversations.
  • Fluent in English plus at least one of the following languages: French, German, Dutch, or Spanish.
  • Flexibility in working hours to support customers across different territories and time zones.
