Description

  • Manage assigned projects from ramp-up through completion.
  • Implement project and process management methodology, standards, and tools to support successful delivery.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and serve as the initial escalation point for issues.
  • Prepare accurate monthly forecasting reports to support staffing and financial analysis.
  • Assist with project bids and proposals, including subcontractor terms and pricing.
  • Proactively identify, mitigate, and forecast project risks to keep work on time and on budget.
  • Ensure field operations are executed safely, to industry standards, and per the signed agreement.
  • Estimate project and work order costs and revenue throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain detailed project records, including job progress, photo files, daily tracking reports, and job costing.
  • Manage project data in company and customer systems while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Build partnerships across the organization and maintain trusted customer and stakeholder relationships.
  • Provide upper management with assessments of potential new business.
  • Drive operational excellence across key performance metrics and improve customer satisfaction/NPS.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly Operations meetings.

Requirements

  • Three to five years of experience working in a project environment, preferably with overall responsibility.
  • Relevant industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • PMP or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  • Full-time availability, 40 hours per week, plus overtime as needed.
  • Ability to travel on occasion to client sites, up to 10%.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with managers, employees, customers, and vendors.
  • Ability to anticipate problems, troubleshoot issues, collect data, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and understand and educate customers.
