Description

  • Own the patient lifecycle end-to-end across booking, attendance, treatment completion, and reactivation.
  • Identify dropoff points across digital and offline touchpoints and prioritize high-leverage interventions.
  • Translate operational issues such as no-shows, intake bottlenecks, authorization timing, and follow-up gaps into communications strategies.
  • Partner with Revenue Cycle Management, Patient Intake, Tech and Data, and Operations on lifecycle execution.
  • Manage HubSpot as the core lifecycle CRM and oversee automation, segmentation, personalization, and governance.
  • Define the lifecycle KPI framework and reporting cadence for performance and incrementality.
  • Design and run A/B and incremental holdout tests to measure causal lift.
  • Build dashboards and analyze experiments to evaluate lifecycle impact.
  • Own governance for patient and marketing communications, including channel strategy, frequency, suppression, and brand voice.
  • Manage and develop the Lifecycle Marketing Manager while staying hands-on with QA, troubleshooting, and data validation.

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of lifecycle marketing experience managing complex lifecycle journeys.
  • Healthcare experience preferred; multi-location consumer healthcare, dental, or specialty care strongly preferred.
  • Experience partnering with RCM, intake/sales, and operations teams.
  • Strong command of lifecycle metrics such as booking, attendance, completion, and reactivation.
  • Experience building A/B and incremental holdout testing frameworks to measure causal lift.
  • Technical fluency with email and SMS infrastructure, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, BIMI, deliverability, 10DLC registration, and IP/domain reputation management.
  • CRM experience required; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Highly analytical and fluent in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare marketing compliance.
  • Experience using HIPAA-compliant AI for predictive scoring, personalization, content optimization, and QA/ops automation.
  • Able to QA workflows, troubleshoot data issues, and pressure-test campaign logic.
  • Familiarity with emerging messaging channels such as RCS Business Messaging and branded sender verification.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfort influencing senior cross-functional leaders.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with high performance expectations.
