Description

  • Provide customer support in Spanish via phone, email, and live chat for consumer electronics products.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through step-by-step solutions.
  • Process orders, returns, warranty claims, and after-sales requests accurately and on time.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the product portfolio, including software updates, compatibility, and feature specifications.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved service and technical issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for quality assurance and service improvement.
  • Work toward team performance goals, including customer satisfaction, response times, and first-call resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and team leaders to share best practices and improve the customer experience.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Spanish language skills, spoken and written.
  • Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the European Union.
  • Passion for consumer electronics and technology, with willingness to stay current on industry trends and products.
  • Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or a related field is highly advantageous.
  • Experience in consumer electronics or technology support is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professionalism and the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
