Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients across phone, email, and live chat.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Log and track customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure full resolution and a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with technical support, sales, and operations teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Provide structured feedback on recurring issues, customer pain points, and process inefficiencies.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policy changes, and service enhancements.
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and strong brand representation in every customer interaction.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills, spoken and written, are essential.
  • Valid EU passport is mandatory for relocation and employment eligibility.
  • Prior experience in customer support, a contact centre, or a client-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software.
  • Ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • Good working knowledge of English is an advantage.
