Description

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise migration projects from legacy Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal AI.
  • Design and execute structured delivery plans for customer migrations.
  • Advise customers on enterprise mail flow, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and routing across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Guide implementation of native Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace security controls to replace SEG functionality.
  • Provide guidance on email security policies, anti-phishing protections, and compliance requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow issues to ensure secure and reliable email delivery after migration.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate migration risks while escalating support needs when appropriate.
  • Develop and manage project plans that control scope, maintain quality, and deliver on schedule.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to improve deployment workflows and delivery methods.
  • Communicate progress through clear, regular status updates to technical and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree.
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations.
  • 4+ years of experience managing enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including hands-on SEG decommissioning.
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise mail flow and architecture, including SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email routing in cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Strong understanding of email security, filtering, threat protection, and DLP, with compliance experience across SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR.
  • Experience leveraging AI platforms such as Glean and Claude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, including Defender for Office 365, Exchange Online Protection, ATP, and Google Workspace Security.
  • Experience with email routing through firewalls, proxies, and mail relays, including IP whitelisting, inbound/outbound mail rules, and secure connectors.
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects, balance priorities, and coordinate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging technical and executive stakeholders.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $104,000 to $149,600 USD.
  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation.
  • Eligibility for equity.
