Description

  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates through full-cycle recruiting.
  • Creatively source passive candidates and build talent pipelines for current and future roles.
  • Partner with hiring managers to shape recruitment strategy and provide consultative support.
  • Use recruiting results and market intelligence to influence internal stakeholders and improve hiring efforts.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition leaders to support and execute the company’s talent strategy.
  • Write, post, and maintain compelling job descriptions and postings.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in Greenhouse.
  • Coordinate with agency partners and help manage temporary or contract recruiting needs.
  • Provide timely updates on placements, barriers, and manager communications to reduce recruiting issues.
  • Support TA projects and improve retention strategies, including employee referral programs.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree highly preferred.
  • 2+ years of fast-paced recruiting experience across a variety of roles.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Experience in the RIA industry or financial services strongly preferred.
  • Experience with recruiting systems; Greenhouse experience highly valued.
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute work with good judgment and accuracy.
  • Strong confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and ability to build rapport.
  • Must be able to work fully remote, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional travel as required.

  • Base salary range of $88,000 to $95,000 USD.
