Description

  • Own end-to-end sales funnel analytics from lead engagement through closed-won outcomes.
  • Monitor conversion, velocity, leakage, and capacity utilization to identify performance gaps.
  • Develop segmentation frameworks to guide investment and prioritization.
  • Build win/loss analyses to identify drivers of sales success and barriers to closing.
  • Analyze pipeline mix, revenue forecasting, lead routing efficiency, and deal quality.
  • Develop predictive and diagnostic models to improve forecast accuracy and identify at-risk pipeline segments.
  • Own the design and evolution of sales dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce.
  • Ensure consistent reporting definitions and data quality across systems.
  • Partner with BI, Finance, Marketing Ops, and Sales Leadership to resolve discrepancies and improve automation.
  • Deliver executive-level insights and translate findings into clear business recommendations with owners and timelines.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales analytics, or marketing analytics in a data-driven environment.
  • Expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, SQL and/or Python (preferred), and advanced Excel.
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, segmentation, and sales KPIs.
  • Experience supporting high-velocity or multi-stage sales processes.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to tell a story using data.
  • High attention to detail, strong communication skills, and executive presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced growth environment.
  • Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
