Description

  • Conduct post-LOI discovery conversations with newly acquired partner firms to understand operations, workflows, and technology.
  • Document current-state processes, systems, inventories, workflow diagrams, and technology environments.
  • Map partner-firm operations to Mercer Advisors’ operating architecture and technology stack.
  • Identify gaps, dependencies, and risks between partner operating models and target-state processes.
  • Build and refine a repeatable discovery, evaluation, and onboarding framework and toolkit.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Operations, Technology, Leadership, and integration teams on sequenced roadmaps.
  • Organize post-close changes into planned releases that help partner firms and internal teams prepare for transitions.
  • Travel to partner locations for onsite discovery and integration planning.
  • Provide subject-matter guidance on Mercer Advisors’ core operating systems, including Aspen.
  • Support change management and communication as partner firms adopt Mercer Advisors’ operating model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, or related certification preferred.
  • Experience with business process documentation, workflow design, systems evaluation, and technology implementation.
  • Wealth management, RIA, or financial-services experience strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Mercer Advisors’ operations and Aspen highly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM/deal-management platforms preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex or incomplete information into actionable plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including relationship-building during sensitive transitions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to create structure where no playbook exists.
  • Comfort working independently in an evolving role and building processes while executing them.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly to partner locations; Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM schedule with flexibility as needed.
  • Prior M&A integration or acquisition-environment experience preferred.

  • Base pay range of $85,000–$95,000 USD, plus eligibility for incentive compensation.
