Description

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • Qualify and schedule Wealth Path and Custom Wealth referrals.
  • Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Assist with lead generation and participate in regional sales activities.
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to support accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Take detailed meeting notes and update CRM records with client and prospect information.
  • Support local Vice Presidents and Wealth Advisors with case preparation, wholesale events, and sales email efforts.
  • Coordinate the hand-off of new clients from sales to onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Plan and schedule client meetings, webinars, and industry conference events.
  • Manage event logistics and support successful execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Prior experience in a sales support or business development role.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
  • Series 65 or Series 66 license, or on track to achieve one, unless holding CFP®, ChFC, PFS, CFA, or CIC credentials.
  • CFP® designation preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the financial services industry and investment management.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills in high-volume, high-energy environments.
  • Experience identifying partner and prospect needs through probing questions and solution-oriented follow-up.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Position includes daytime and evening hours.

  • Base salary range of $85,000 to $100,000 USD.
