Description

  • Own and execute a territory strategy for strategic medical device accounts.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across C-suite and senior leaders in CIO, CDO, CTO, manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply chain, and digital transformation roles.
  • Lead an insight-driven sales motion that quantifies value in quality improvement, regulatory compliance, manufacturing efficiency, and digital modernization.
  • Position the combined Mendix + RapidMiner platform across low-code development, data engineering, AI/ML, model operations, and enterprise modernization.
  • Lead complex enterprise pursuits, including competitive deal strategy, proof-of-value engagements, and executive alignment.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional pursuit teams with solution architects, data scientists, industry specialists, and global account teams.
  • Drive net-new ACV, expand strategic accounts, and manage the full sales cycle from discovery through commercial negotiation.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to MedTech executives on AI-driven quality improvement, digital manufacturing, regulatory automation, and data platform modernization.
  • Represent Siemens as a thought leader at industry events, innovation forums, executive roundtables, and conferences.
  • Ensure pipeline quality, sales velocity, and forecast accuracy using enterprise sales frameworks.

Requirements

  • 5–10+ years selling complex enterprise software platforms such as AI/ML, data platforms, cloud, integration, low-code, or digital transformation.
  • Proven track record of closing seven-figure enterprise deals.
  • Experience engaging C-suite and senior executives on multi-year transformation programs.
  • Mastery of Challenger, MEDDIC, or equivalent enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional global pursuit teams through complex sales cycles.
  • Strong business acumen in enterprise data strategy, AI adoption, and application modernization.
  • Experience selling into Medical Devices, Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is preferred.
  • Understanding of FDA-regulated environments, quality systems, and digital manufacturing is preferred.
  • Experience navigating ERP, MES, PLM, QMS, and clinical data systems is preferred.
  • Experience selling enterprise software into Oil and Gas companies is listed in the posting as an additional requirement.
