Description

  • Oversee support for client HR technologies, including ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, Paylocity, and related HRIS and self-service platforms.
  • Partner with clients and internal teams to optimize HR system usage and deliver compliant, streamlined processes.
  • Work with the implementation team to configure HR and employee self-service modules for new and existing clients.
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex client issues and coordinate resolution with vendors, internal teams, and Salesforce developers.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of integrations and data feeds across HRIS, payroll, benefits carriers, and internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot data feed issues and help ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across systems.
  • Partner with Salesforce developers and external vendors to scope, test, and deploy integrations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve Melita’s use of Salesforce and supporting technologies for HR operations and client delivery.
  • Manage internal and client-facing HR systems content, training materials, and reference resources.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a small team of HR Systems professionals while managing priorities, workload, and delivery quality.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting HRIS platforms.
  • Deep working knowledge of at least two of the following: ADP Workforce Now, Rippling, and Paylocity.
  • Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining HRIS integrations and data feeds.
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, including employee lifecycle, benefits administration, payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance considerations.
  • Proven leadership qualities with the ability to coach, develop, and hold others accountable.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring direct reports preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across clients and internal initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in an HR outsourcing, PEO, or HR consulting environment supporting multiple clients concurrently (preferred), plus familiarity with Salesforce, HRIS implementations, data migrations, HR/vendor certifications, or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
