Description

  • Coordinate scheduling, setup, and communications for trainings and workshops across People Leaders, Klaviyos, and the HRBP team.
  • Build, update, and format training materials, job aids, and resource libraries in partnership with L&D Specialists.
  • Administer Sana Learning by uploading content, managing enrollments, pulling completion reports, and troubleshooting access issues.
  • Track program data such as attendance, survey results, and completion rates, and summarize findings to support program decisions.
  • Support calibration cycles through scheduling, drafting communications, notetaking, and tracking decision changes.
  • Design and facilitate retrospectives with HRBPs and key partners after cycles or major project launches.
  • Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and materials with external facilitators and vendors.
  • Own the HRBP + Talent & Learning team collaboration strategy, including team meetings, offsite topics, and follow-up tracking.
  • Partner with team leads to track OKRs and goals across Talent & Learning and HRBP functions.
  • Identify repetitive manual processes and build automations using AI tools, workflows, or other solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least one HR-related internship or hands-on experience in a people-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts reliably.
  • Clear and direct written and verbal communication skills.
  • Genuine curiosity about AI and interest in using it to improve processes.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to ask good questions when clarity is needed.
  • A mindset that views work in progress as an opportunity for improvement.
  • Up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, meetings, client or partner work, and industry events.

  • Base salary range of $25.38 to $38.08 per hour for U.S. locations.
