Description

  • Own people partnering relationships for assigned business groups and provide commercially balanced advice aligned to business priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with leaders and coach them on performance, engagement, organisational change, and team effectiveness.
  • Develop manager capability through coaching, guidance, and practical tools that support confident people leadership.
  • Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organisational design.
  • Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives across APAC.
  • Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, people management best practices, policies, frameworks, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Partner with Legal to manage employment-related risk and complex workplace matters.
  • Support delivery of employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, wellbeing, leadership development, talent management, and career development programs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of people systems, processes, reporting, and other People & Culture projects.

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in a People Partner or Senior HR Generalist role in fast-paced organisations.
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple countries, employment jurisdictions, and business functions.
  • Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters and providing commercially balanced advice.
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly regarded.
  • Experience managing a small team, mentoring colleagues, or leading project teams is desirable.
  • Strong business partnering and coaching capability.
  • Excellent working knowledge of people practices and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • International HR experience supporting managers and employees across multiple countries and time zones is preferred, particularly Australia, North America, and Europe.
