Description

Own people partnering relationships for assigned business groups and provide commercially balanced advice aligned to business priorities.
Build trusted relationships with leaders and coach them on performance, engagement, organisational change, and team effectiveness.
Develop manager capability through coaching, guidance, and practical tools that support confident people leadership.
Partner with leaders on workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and organisational design.
Support organisational change and business transformation initiatives across APAC.
Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and workplace conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, people management best practices, policies, frameworks, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.
Partner with Legal to manage employment-related risk and complex workplace matters.
Support delivery of employee engagement, onboarding, recognition, wellbeing, leadership development, talent management, and career development programs.
Drive continuous improvement of people systems, processes, reporting, and other People & Culture projects.

Requirements

7–10 years of experience in a People Partner or Senior HR Generalist role in fast-paced organisations.
Experience partnering with senior leaders across multiple countries, employment jurisdictions, and business functions.
Strong experience managing complex employee relations matters and providing commercially balanced advice.
Experience in technology, SaaS, or other fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly regarded.
Experience managing a small team, mentoring colleagues, or leading project teams is desirable.
Strong business partnering and coaching capability.
Excellent working knowledge of people practices and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
International HR experience supporting managers and employees across multiple countries and time zones is preferred, particularly Australia, North America, and Europe.
