Description

  • Manage the full lifecycle of AV production and creative design projects, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary client contact and Meeting Tomorrow representative throughout event execution.
  • Advise clients on AV production best practices for in-person and hybrid events.
  • Coordinate information flow among clients, internal fulfillment and creative teams, venues, vendors, and onsite staff.
  • Manage creative deliverables, asset trackers, purchase orders, and vendor logistics for décor, print, and custom fabrication.
  • Negotiate vendor terms and steward client budgets.
  • Build client relationships that support credibility, retention, and repeat business.
  • Prepare and lead onsite event staff in partnership with Production Managers.
  • Identify process improvements, plan contingencies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
  • Travel onsite approximately 20–30% of the time, or 4–5 days per month.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in the event industry, agency, or white-glove event environment.
  • Customer-focused approach to client service and event delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects, deadlines, and detailed logistics.
  • Clear, effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across personalities and professional levels.
  • Interest in AV production and creative-service logistics.
  • Ability to make decisions and adapt to shifting priorities in unpredictable environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and contingency-planning abilities.
  • Alignment with Meeting Tomorrow’s values of commitment, kindness, and humility.
  • Ability to become proficient with CRM, NetSuite, and Backstage project-planning tools.
