Description

Convert approved campaigns into delivery plans with owners, deadlines, dependencies, approvals, and success measures.
Manage campaigns and marketing projects from handoff through verified completion and initial reporting.
Coordinate content, design, video, landing pages, email, social, tracking, and other campaign components.
Publish and schedule approved work across email, social, website, CRM, and content platforms.
Perform campaign readiness and quality assurance checks, including links, forms, tracking, audiences, approvals, and mobile presentation.
Identify missing inputs, overdue reviews, conflicts, and delivery risks; resolve routine issues and escalate material risks.
Maintain marketing calendars, production queues, project systems, approval records, assets, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate vendors and specialists while improving handoffs across marketing, sales, operations, and technical partners.
Collect and reconcile performance inputs and prepare accurate weekly reporting materials for leadership.
Track delivery commitments and achieve targets including 90% on-time delivery and 95% documented publication quality by 90 days.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience independently delivering marketing campaigns or projects from planning through publication or completion.
Strong project management and operational follow-through across multiple workstreams, deadlines, and dependencies.
Hands-on experience with email, social media, website, CMS, or CRM publishing.
Practical understanding of campaign quality assurance, tracking requirements, links, forms, audiences, and approvals.
Strong written communication, assertive follow-up, attention to detail, and independent judgment.
Comfort using spreadsheets and consolidating, validating, and reconciling performance information.
Ability to identify incomplete or unsupported reporting and determine what to resolve or escalate.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-moving environment.
Preferred: experience with service businesses, multi-location companies, or lead-generation marketing.
Preferred: familiarity with GoHighLevel, WordPress, Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, UTM tracking, lead routing, or marketing attribution.
Preferred: experience coordinating freelancers, agencies, vendors, distributed teams, campaign checklists, SOPs, or reporting systems.
Preferred: ability to make routine website, email, or landing-page changes using established templates.
