Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with urgency, care, and professionalism.
  • Empathize with customers and resolve outstanding issues to support retention.
  • Renegotiate terms of customer agreements as part of retention efforts.
  • Own customer concerns through inbound emails and phone calls to prevent voluntary disconnects.
  • Execute, monitor, and coordinate repricing for designated customers.
  • Communicate clearly in both oral and written form.
  • Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
  • Make independent decisions to resolve customer issues within required time limits.
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and retention goals.
  • Manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Permanent residency in one of the approved states: AZ, DE, FL, GA, KY, KS, MA, MD, MI, NJ, OH, PA, SC, ID, IL, NC, WV, or TX.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST with a weekend rotation.
  • Passion for generating sales with proven call center experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and meet customer needs in a sincere and ethical manner.
  • Competitive spirit with a willingness to meet and exceed company and personal sales goals.
  • Must satisfactorily complete a background and employment history investigation and drug screening.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to multi-task.
  • Excellent voice communication and customer-facing communication skills.
  • Goal-driven, coachable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
