Description

  • Resolve customer concerns and solve interesting customer cases.
  • Troubleshoot customer issues in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Work across Bask teams to provide internal and external guidance and support.
  • Develop and improve internal tools alongside engineering.
  • Own a few product areas within the team and act as the subject matter point of contact.
  • Improve existing internal documentation, processes, and policies, and identify new ones.
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with enterprise requests.
  • Participate in weekend on-call coverage on a rota basis.

Requirements

  • Understanding of modern web architecture, including frontend frameworks such as Next.js and React.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, serverless computing, and DNS.
  • Understanding of how metered usage and subscriptions work in a complex SaaS product.
  • Experience engineering solutions to address root causes of recurring problems.
  • Experience with incident management and procedural communication.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with a fully remote, globally distributed team.
  • Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • Availability to work within a weekend on-call rota.
  • Preferred: willingness to work a Saturday-to-Wednesday or Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule.
  • Preferred: experience with SaaS and a good understanding of telehealth and e-commerce.
  • Preferred: experience working with monorepos and/or custom, complex CI/CD pipelines.
