Description

  • Set the strategic direction for customer success across the GCC region and determine focus areas for product stand-up.
  • Manage and grow relationships with senior customer executives through frequent touchpoints.
  • Lead and develop a team of Customer Innovation Directors responsible for account adoption and expansion.
  • Own regional renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
  • Identify, nurture, and convert growth opportunities across regional accounts.
  • Understand customer business goals and translate them into priorities for Innovaccer’s product portfolio.
  • Identify and realize value opportunities from Innovaccer products and services over time.
  • Manage changes in customer requirements, processes, or skills needed to fully use the platform.
  • Develop and present complex business reviews and executive presentations.
  • Oversee customer engagements across ministry-led programs, payer transformation initiatives, and hospital rollout efforts.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of healthcare work experience.
  • Consulting experience from a top-tier firm preferred.
  • Proven experience in people management and portfolio management.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
  • Hands-on experience in data analytics.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to strategically develop accounts and nurture long-term relationships.
  • Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Value-Based Care preferred.
  • Healthcare data experience preferred.
  • Presentation, documentation, and project oversight/coordination/management experience preferred.
