Description

  • Oversee quality, consistency, scope, and strategic alignment across multiple client tactics and projects.
  • Lead high-profile projects from client briefing through delivery with project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Provide guidance and consultation to Account Managers on project execution.
  • Communicate client expectations and serve as the in-house client and CMO liaison for the account.
  • Develop proposals, creative briefs, client scope statements, budgets, status reports, and meeting materials.
  • Lead strategic brainstorming and annual planning sessions while providing channel insights and recommendations.
  • Manage client meetings, deliverable approvals, project risks, issues, scope changes, and closeouts.
  • Partner with finance and project management teams on budgets, invoicing, project execution, and reporting.
  • Support account growth by identifying client needs, capabilities, and buying signals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
  • 3–4 years of team leadership experience required.
  • 3–4 years of client or customer management experience required.
  • 2+ years of pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience preferred.
  • 2+ years of strategic planning experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience in corporate, marketing, or life sciences environments preferred.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, communication, and independent-working skills.
  • Adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, and comfort working under tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work Eastern business hours; role is hybrid or remote within the U.S., depending on business needs.
