Description

  • Manage, draft, and review internal and client briefs.
  • Coordinate multiple campaigns, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and success criteria are met.
  • Manage workflows across time zones and maintain clear communication between teams.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable direction for designers and copywriters.
  • Prioritize team workloads, monitor capacity, and escalate issues when needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of clients’ businesses, strategies, brands, audiences, and challenges to advise on communications solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers through meetings, planning sessions, and reviews.
  • Maintain quality standards while ensuring client requirements align with DEPT® brand values.
  • Promote DEPT® products and services to clients and escalate account risks or opportunities to senior management.

Requirements

  • Project management experience in creative or technology marketing.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel marketing communications, including digital campaigns.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities in short timeframes.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute new ideas to an agency environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Moderate understanding of production and interactive processes.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and workload management skills.
  • Ability to manage and develop client and supplier relationships.
  • Basic understanding of financials and budget management.
  • Motivation to learn, grow, improve, and contribute as a collaborative team player.
